The position involves working on multiple projects including internal and commercial.
Remote work (preferably from Poland).
2+ years of experience in web application testing;
Experience in business analysis or desire to become a business analyst;
Great communication skills in English;
Fluent Russian language skills;
Good team player and can work alone with minimal or no supervision;
Good problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
Willingness and desire to manage projects.
It will be a plus:
Technical background and education;
Logistics industry understanding.
Reach out to clients and project leaders to collect user and business requirements;
Create and maintain software requirements specifications and wireframes;
Create and maintain tickets in project management software;
Create and facilitate efficient and cost effective solutions and analyze systems specification to meet business requirements;
Prepare and execute test plans;
Run manual testing of web and mobile applications;
Run API and Database testing;
Report on the testing that has been performed;
Work with developers to resolve issues;
Create and maintain checklist;
Continuously work on improving the BA and QA processes.
