As a Content Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and overseeing content strategies that align with our company's goals. Requirements:
2+ years of experience in content making, proofreading, or content management.
Strong copywriting skills;
Ability to develop original content;
Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing;
Good knowledge of SEO;
Proficiency with content management systems;
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tactics;
Experience with social media and marketing campaigns;
Great writing skills in English;
Great communication skills in English;
Fluent Russian language skills;
Good team player and can work alone with minimal or no supervision;
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills;
Excellent organizational skills;
Proactive approach.


It will be a plus:
Technical background and education;
Logistics, transportation, or supply chain background and education;
Experience working on content for logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries.


Responsibilities:
Develop and implement content strategies;
Manage the development of content;
Manage content calendar;
Create, proofread, and publish content;
Check content for compliance with requirements;
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations;
Optimize content according to SEO;
Ensure content is consistent across platforms;
Promote content;
Analyze website traffic;
Find new forms of content;
Collaborate on the creation of content with clients and partners.

    CV submission

    The first step to joining our team is to submit a CV at career@adexin.com. Please make sure your resume contains all the necessary information, namely, a short description of you in the professional environment, a list of your skills and experience, a list of your previous projects, preferably with a summary of your responsibilities, projects descriptions, and tech stack. We also require information about your education degree and level of English proficiency.

    Interview

    60-90 mins

    The second step is an interview consisting of two parts, an evaluation of your soft skills and English language and an assessment of professional skills befitting the desired job.

    Test task

    ~ 4 hours

    In some cases, we may assign a small test task to perform a deep evaluation of the candidate's knowledge and experience. The task will be given only if both the candidate and the interviewer have come to an agreeable arrangement.

    Job offer

    up to 5 days

    After the interview, we will require some time to properly analyze the gathered material and to determine if our cooperation would benefit both parties. If both parties are interested, we will make an offer to the candidate.
