Intralogistics Poland Fair presents the latest technologies and is a platform for exchanging knowledge and experience. The conference surrounding the event brings together leading industry experts to share their insights and knowledge.
Conference, day 1
The conference began at 11:00 a.m. with an opening ceremony by Dariusz Dr”g, Development Director of Ptak Warsaw Expo. Then, Piotr Witort, CEO of Storage, analyzed the opportunities and threats of outsourcing in e-commerce.
Marcin Zychowicz, Sales Director of Agilero, discussed the role of warehouse management systems (WMS) in optimizing warehouse operations. Later in the day, a debate on reverse logistics in eCommerce was held with Piotr Susz, Marcin Zychowicz, Piotr Witort, and Maciej Kowalik. At the end of the first day, Piotr Susz, CEO of Locura Consulting, presented the possibilities of using blockchain technology to track and secure deliveries.

Conference, day 2
The second day of the conference began at 11:00 a.m. with a presentation by Piotr Ryle, Sales Director of Translog Systems, on automation in warehouses and its impact on labor efficiency and safety. Then Piotr Susz, CEO of Locura Consulting, introduced the topic of project management in logistics. Along with this came a panel discussion on warehouse design with Piotr Susz, Piotr Ryla, Scibor Sobieski, and Krzysztof Chaladin. Later, Dr. Scibor Sobieski presented perspectives on cyber security in logistics in 2025. The conference concluded with a presentation by Krzysztof Chaladin, CEO of Otimo, on technologies supporting supply chain management.
