Requirements:
2+ years experience working in a relevant role;
Market knowledge;
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools;
Great writing, communication, and negotiation skills in English;
Fluent Russian language skills;
Good team player and can work alone with minimal or no supervision;
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills;
Proactive approach.
It will be a plus:
Ability to travel in order to see clients, explore new markets, and attend conferences;
Technical background and education;
Logistics, transportation, or supply chain background and education;
Responsibilities:
Collecting information;
Conduct ongoing market research;
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs;
Gather useful information from customer and competitor data;
Work on marketing and sales materials;
Work on marketing and sales strategies;
Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals;
Assistance in preparing for conferences;
Identify and research potential clients and partners;
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and partners;
Develop and maintain client and partner relationships;
Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives;
Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business;
Drive the end-to-end sales process.
