About the project

The main task was the development of a mobile application and CMS. The application was built on Android and iOS and provided the users with flight data, general airport information, and contact information for relevant airport personnel. The application is connected to the internal airport system to obtain the data in real-time.

Challenge

The main challenge was the extreme time limits put on the project. As an intensive flight season was coming close, the whole development process had to be concluded in two months, without the possibility for any delays or extensions.

Solution

To fit the narrow time frame, the team decided to use the cross-platform solution Xamarin. Selecting and utilizing the right set of technologies and efficient cooperation with the client helped boost the project significantly.
