However, some companies weren't delighted with their current software solutions. Some businesses claimed that their software vendors hadn't delivered entirely sufficient solutions.
This situation reveals that many businesses are still trapped where some software vendors who overpromise their capabilities. Software companies often lack in-house expertise to develop document management or inventory management solutions, which are crucial for logistics and transportation.
