To support daily trucking operations, Adexin developed a web and mobile platform that integrates shipment management, delivery documentation, and invoice generation workflows into a single unified system.

Operational challenges in field conditions

The operational realities of the trucking industry shaped the development process. Drivers capture delivery documentation in warehouses, loading docks, and roadside locations where lighting conditions and network connectivity are inconsistent. The system, therefore, had to function reliably in unpredictable field environments.


A key technical challenge emerged during integration with invoice verification and payment processing workflows. Scanned documents needed to meet validation requirements before submission for funding. However, images often failed due to blur, perspective distortion, or low contrast, requiring a more advanced mobile capture mechanism.


The solution needed to combine user-friendly document capture for drivers in the field with the strict quality requirements of backend processing systems, ensuring compatibility without adding complexity to the driver experience.

The client is a U.S.-based startup that supports delivery billing and invoice management for owner-operators of tractor-trailers. The company focuses on assisting transportation professionals with shipment coordination, documentation handling, and related operational processes.
