Background

Saving working time on manual operations formed the basis of the Hailer system. If a company uses several corporate systems, this will no longer be necessary with multifunctional Hailer. The platform integrates very smoothly and easily and allows customizing dashboards for any business needs. The presence of a news panel and the ability to discuss allow Hailer to be classified as a rapid response system and users will always be able to keep up to date with the latest corporate events.

What were the project challenges?

The Adexin team was quite tightly integrated into Hailer. Mostly, all processes were already a worked-out part, but a couple of challenges allowed for an unconventional approach to solving problems, namely:



  • Effective integration of remote specialists into Hailer's in-house team

  • Optimization of existing processes with UX/UI and QA services

  • Finding a balance between manual and automated testing

  • Harmonization of automated test coverage, launch time, and support

The main value of the joint cooperation Hailer - Adexin was the creation of a complete modular platform for optimizing any level company's business processes.

Lack of complex code

Hailer's no-code/low-code platform allows the modeling of all business processes and data sets with precision and ease. The platform's flexibility allows for developing workflows without the knowledge of complex coding, ensuring that every data set - whether it's a shipment status or inventory level, for example - is seamlessly integrated into their system.

Integration with third-party services

Hailer is a cloud-based, highly available solution that is fully GDPR compliant. The platform is in a constant scaling process and implementing additional functionality. The system can easily integrate with third-party services via Zapier or other integrators. Collaboration with Oneio and Jitsi video calls are also available.

Multisystemic

The Hailer platform is adaptable to all business processes of any company. Systems such as enterprise resource planning (ERP), warehouse management (WMS), material requirements planning (MRP), and other tools can be implemented in Hailer. The system's integrity allows for full management of logistics, sales, marketing, customer service, projects, human resources, time recording, and many more. This multitasking allows for informed decision-making and facilitates collaboration between departments.

Easily customizable templates

Hailer has hundreds of different templates for logistics, sales, accounting, and more. This allows full style and customization of dashboards, as well as embedding any essential third-party tools, features, and web forms into workflows thanks to available integration options.

Hailer’s system allows fully automating and powering entire company processes with a few lines of JavaScript functions. This ultimately ensures inventory accuracy, timely order processing, automated pricing, document flow, and many more. Also, essentially eliminates most manual processes, optimizing teams’ work time.

Document flow

The system allows personalized document flow and makes it completely contactless, thanks to simple settings. Also, very often companies need a link or integration of accounting systems or their specific functionality, so Hailer is perfect for this, thanks to full flexibility.

Allow to keep the entire company up to date with the latest events. The feed can be used to post messages about key decisions, news from the projects, or track the milestones. The news feed can be customized to include corporate changes, employee events, global ideas, and more.

Discussions

Users can discuss and collaborate seamlessly with the right people and share essentially all the information directly in Hailer. Also here available invite external stakeholders as free guest users. The embedded discussion feature helps structure the rhythms of communication and ensures an efficient flow of information throughout the organization.

Testing

Adexin team implemented test automation and helped set up automated tests to optimize product release dates and quality assessment costs. We also performed significant functional testing, checking the software for compliance with all requirements set in the specification.

UX/UI design

Our team has researched solutions that have already been presented on the market, which allowed us to focus on what is really important for the end user and what the interaction will be like. The platform's flexible structure allows teams to break down each product into specifications of materials, making it easier to track its usage, forecast shortages, and manage production lead times.

Automatic reorder thresholds enable companies to avoid stockouts, while real-time inventory visibility enables them to optimize storage and reduce excess inventory. By directly linking inventory to purchase and sales orders, the order-to-fulfill process is optimized to the max.
